Crew & mission operations platform
private aviation delivered
Context
A private-aviation operator runs crews and missions on tight, safety-adjacent schedules. Coordination lived across separate tools; every mission touched the operator's existing management systems, and the people in the loop needed one place to see and approve what was happening.
Constraint
Scheduling errors are not cosmetic in aviation. The platform had to integrate with the operator's existing management systems rather than replace them, and the delivery had to move fast without putting unreviewed changes into operational software.
What we built
A crew & mission management platform: scheduling, mission tracking and integration with the operator's systems, in one auditable application. Delivered through parallel implementation baselines — agent-assisted builds with structured handoffs and human review at every merge — which let the team iterate quickly without losing control of what shipped.
What it changed
Crew and mission workflows moved from scattered tools into one system with a review trail. The delivery approach — machine-speed drafts, human-speed approvals — held throughout, and became the template for the client's subsequent work.
