The collective
Secteam operates as a collective of senior engineers. We describe ourselves by practice rather than headcount: AI infrastructure, agentic data systems, and controlled delivery into regulated environments. Every engagement is led by the people who do the work — no pyramids of account managers.
When a programme needs more hands than the collective holds, we scale with delivery partners — hundreds of engineers strong when needed. The partners stay behind the scenes; we stay accountable to you for the whole engagement.
How we work
Agent-assisted delivery under human gates. Machines draft; people decide; evaluation suites and audit trails sit between the two. Three rules hold everywhere:
1 · Evidence ships, enthusiasm doesn't. A change goes out when the checks pass — measured, reproducible, recorded.
2 · Handover is the acceptance criterion. Your team runs the result without us; dependency is a failure mode.
3 · No invented numbers. Not in our proposals, not on this site. If a figure isn't measured, it isn't printed.
Engagements
We work three ways: an early-access pilot of Texera Engine, a controlled-adoption programme(discovery → build → hardening → transfer), orsovereign infrastructure built and handed to your team. Every one ends with your independence as the goal.
